SINGLETRACK MIND HAS BEEN OFFICIALY RECOGNIZED AS A NATIONAL HOLIDAY.*

You read right – call your boss and duly inform them you’ll be recovering from the 3-day riding bender that is Singletrack Mind festival instead of beating a keyboard with your forehead on Monday, September 7th thanks to the zany crew down at Trailspring and a rogue state senator who dared to take this straight to the Man.

TrailSpring is a not-for-profit organization with a story that has all the makings of a classic: Inspirational goals. Serious passion. Unwavering commitment. And hard-working characters worth getting invested in—namely, you and your neighbors. It’s also the story of improving the health and economic wellness of the Springfield, MO area while shredding paths to fun and friendships along the way. In short, it’s the story of multi-use, natural-surface trails and the endless benefits TrailSpring’s miles of singletrack are bringing to communities in southwest Missouri.

THE MISSION

TrailSpring is a not-for-profit organization with a story that has all the makings of a classic: Inspirational goals. Serious passion. Unwavering commitment. And hard-working characters worth getting invested in.

It’s also the story of improving the health and economic wellness of the Springfield, MO area while shredding paths to fun and friendships along the way. TrailSpring’s ambitious yet attainable 30 in 3 plan involves constructing 30 miles of professionally designed and built singletrack within the next 3 years. The entire project will require absolutely no tax increases for area residents. Instead, TrailSpring will gain funding for 30 in 3 through personal and corporate donations and grants, and the annual Singletrack Mind Festival.

THE FESTIVAL

The Singletrack Mind Festival held at Two Rivers Bike Park, a premier regional destination, features an impressive array of trail inspired events and resources.

Trail runs, yoga, bike races, demos, discovery rides, skills clinics, big air bag jumps, and kid’s zones alongside live music, camping, bonfires, and beer gardens just to name a few! Singletrack Mind is more than a festival. It’s a celebration, and an immersion in the culture of natural surface trails. And the experience that creates a calm focus, bringing your mind to just one thing: The trail in front of you.

THE RADNESS

We know you’re thinking, “Okay, this all sounds rad, and we’d love to be a part of it and all, but what is deal with the lazy, grafitti-spraying, cog-eating lizard? His mouth breathing is making my dog uncomfortable.”

That’s a great question! Ancient fossils unearthed during the excavation of the sweetest slopestyle course this side of the great plains bore impressions of a prehistoric species of tiny, gluttonous reptiles. Further beer-funded analysis shed light on an ancient bipedal nusiance known as the Liposaurus. Using high-tech genetic sequencing, the Liposaurus was reintroduced to the Two Rivers Bike Park by a pair of overly enthusiastic bike mechanics.
